1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Aim Academy ("Aim Academy", "the School", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit aimacademychittorgarh.com, submit an enquiry, or pay fees online.
By using this website you agree to this policy. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our services:
- Enquiry forms: student name, parent / guardian name, contact number and the class you are enquiring about.
- Online fee payment: student name, admission / SR number, class, parent / guardian name, mobile number, email address (optional), fee type, amount and remarks.
- Transaction details: transaction reference numbers, payment status, payment mode (for example UPI, card, net banking) and date and time, as returned by the bank.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, expiry dates, UPI PINs, net banking passwords or OTPs. These are entered only on the secure payment page of ICICI Bank and are handled entirely by the bank's PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To meet legal, regulatory, tax and CBSE reporting obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.
4. Online Payments & Security
Online fee payments are processed through the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. When you click "Proceed to Secure Payment" you are redirected to the bank's secure page, where you choose your payment method and enter your payment details.
- All communication between this website, the bank and your browser is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
- Every request and response exchanged with the bank is protected with a secure hash (HMAC-SHA256) to prevent tampering.
- Payment status is confirmed directly with the bank before a payment is marked as successful.
7. Data Retention
Fee payment and transaction records are kept for as long as required under accounting, tax and education regulations (generally at least 8 years). Enquiry details are kept for up to 2 years unless the student takes admission. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
