1. Acceptance of Terms

This website, aimacademychittorgarh.com, is owned and operated by Aim Academy for Aim Academy, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan ("the School", "we", "us"). By using this website or the online fee payment service, you ("you", "the user", "the payer") agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our Services

Aim Academy is a CBSE-affiliated school providing school education from pre-primary to senior secondary level. This website provides information about the School and lets parents and guardians pay school fees online, including tuition, admission, transport, examination and annual charges, as notified by the School.

The fees payable for each class are published in the Fee Structure and/or communicated by the School. Fees are for educational services. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• Online payments must be made by a parent, legal guardian or another adult authorised by them.
• You must enter correct student details (name, admission / SR number, class) and the correct amount. The School is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information.
• You must use only a payment instrument (card, bank account, UPI ID or wallet) that you are lawfully authorised to use.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its security or operation.

4. Online Fee Payment

• Payments are processed securely through the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. Accepted methods include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets, as available on the bank's payment page.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• The School does not charge any additional fee for online payment. Any convenience fee or charge levied by the bank or card network for a payment method is shown on the bank's payment page before you confirm the payment.
• A payment is treated as successful only after the School receives confirmation from ICICI Bank. A receipt with a reference number is shown on screen after a successful payment. Please save or print it for your records.
• If money is debited but the payment shows as failed or pending, do not pay again immediately. Pending payments are re-confirmed with the bank automatically. Failed debits are reversed by the bank to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
• Payment details such as card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN and passwords are entered only on the bank's secure page and are never seen or stored by the School.

5. Fees, Due Dates & Late Payment

Fee amounts, instalments, due dates and any late fee are decided by the School in accordance with applicable law and are communicated through the fee structure, school circulars or the school diary. Paying online does not change any due date. A payment is considered received on the date it is successfully confirmed by the bank.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact the School Office first so we can resolve it quickly. If a chargeback or dispute is raised with your bank for a payment that was correctly received and applied to the student's account, the School may share the relevant payment records with the bank, and the fee will remain payable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs and documents, belongs to the School or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the School.

9. Limitation of Liability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and the payment service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The School is not liable for any loss caused by interruptions, technical failures, delays by banks or payment networks, or incorrect information entered by the user, except as required by law. The School's total liability for any payment-related claim is limited to the amount of that transaction.

10. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party websites, such as the payment gateway, CBSE or social media pages. Those websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and the School is not responsible for their content.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the payment service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to These Terms

The School may change these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Changes apply to payments made after the update.
